17th National Scientific Conference & Annual General Meeting
Nigeria Association of Nurse Anaesthetists (NANA)
Theme: Ensuring Quality Control and Assurance in Anaesthesia for the Best of Practice

Date: 12th – 18th October 2025

Venue: National Ear Care Center, Golf Course Road, Off Independence Way, Kaduna, Nigeria

The Nigeria Association of Nurse Anaesthetists (NANA) invites submissions of original abstracts for presentation at the 17th National Scientific Conference & AGM. This is an opportunity for professionals, researchers, and students in anaesthesia and related fields to share innovative ideas, research findings, and best practices that promote safety, quality, and excellence in anaesthesia practice.

Conference Sub-Themes:

Quality control and assurance strategies in anaesthesia practice

Patient safety and risk management in perioperative care

Advances in anaesthesia technology and monitoring

Education, training, and competency development for nurse anaesthetists

Interdisciplinary collaboration for improved surgical outcomes

Pain management and palliative care in anaesthesia practice


Submission Guidelines:

1. Abstract should be maximum of 250 words in Microsoft Word format.


2. Include Title, Author(s) Name(s), Affiliation(s), and Contact Information.


3. Clearly indicate the sub-theme your abstract addresses.


4. Abstract should be structured into: Background, Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.

Abstract Submission Deadline: 15th September 2025

Notification of Acceptance: 25th September 2025
